Strive has quietly executed one of the more aggressive corporate BTC accumulation runs of the past month with the Strive Bitcoin Purchase.

Between August 24 and September 25, the company purchased 6,106 BTC for a total of $490.77 million at an average price of roughly $80,375 per coin.

The buying spree has lifted Strive’s total holdings to 27,462 BTC and placed the firm strongly in fifth (5th) position among publicly traded companies holding Bitcoin.

Lookonchain first highlighted the scale of the activity, and the numbers line up with filings and treasury trackers.

What stands out is the consistency. Strive kept buying through both quieter stretches and stronger price moves, treating Bitcoin as a core treasury asset rather than a short-term trade.

How Large Was the Latest Strive Bitcoin Purchase?

The August-to-September window produced 6,106 newly acquired coins. At the average cost of $80,375, the outlay reached $490.77 million.

That single period alone accounts for a meaningful share of the company’s recent growth and helps explain why its treasury now ranks among the largest corporate holdings outside the very top names.

Why Is Strive Buying Bitcoin at This Pace?

Strive funds most of its purchases through a combination of common equity issuance and its perpetual preferred stock, SATA.

The preferred shares have supplied a steady stream of capital while limiting dilution of common shareholders.

Management has repeatedly framed the strategy around long-term Bitcoin accumulation, Bitcoin-per-share growth, and structured capital allocation.

The latest buys continue that same playbook.

Where Does Strive Rank Among Public Bitcoin Holders?

With 27,462 BTC on the balance sheet, Strive currently sits in fifth place among publicly listed companies. Only a handful of larger treasuries stand ahead of it.

The ranking has improved steadily as the firm has added coins week after week, moving past several peers that paused or slowed their own buying.

What Does the Buy Signal for Corporate Treasuries?

The pattern shows that at least one public company remains willing to buy sizeable amounts of Bitcoin even after the asset has already climbed significantly from earlier 2026 lows.

Other firms will likely watch whether Strive continues deploying capital at a similar cadence.

If the company maintains the pace, its relative ranking could keep rising.

At the same time, the reliance on preferred equity and equity markets means future purchases will depend on continued investor appetite for those instruments.

Investors tracking corporate Bitcoin adoption now have a clear recent data point.

Strive’s 6,106 BTC addition between late August and late September demonstrates both scale and consistency.

The average entry near $80,375 also gives the market a reference price against which future corporate activity can be measured.

For now, the company appears committed to treating Bitcoin as a permanent treasury holding rather than a tactical position.
